EQHR Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis (20–25 hours per week) with a primarily remote work arrangement and occasional on-site client visits across Southern California. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working with a diverse client base and can independently provide practical HR guidance, employee relations support, compliance assistance, training, and other HR consulting services. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong knowledge of California and federal employment laws
• Experience advising managers, business owners, or organizational leaders on HR matters
• Strong employee relations experience, including performance management, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations
• Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and projects independently
• Experience developing and/or delivering employee and manager training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent judgment and attention to detail
• Previous HR consulting, outsourced HR, PEO, or multi-client experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common HR/payroll systems
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP a plus)
• Residency in or near Southern California preferred

Work Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday, 15–25 hours per week

Remote, with occasional on-site client visits in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Diego counties.

Pay: $35.00–$50.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
