Alysa Dearborn has over 20 years of HR experience with expertise in performance management, policy and procedure development, benefits administration, compensation, payroll, HRIS implementation and management development, recruitment, as well as, extensive experience with the full life cycle of employment. She’s been a trusted advisor to management and executive members in areas of employee relations. Alysa has a strong desire and ability to work effectively with all levels of employees.
She has worked in several different industries to include commercial staffing, warehousing and manufacturing, commercial and residential real estate, luxury and frozen food distribution, as well as cosmetic dental and medical device businesses. She has been a liaison, managing employees, supervisors, and owners through difficult employment situations, staffed companies from start up to over 500 employees worldwide, and has established a functional and compliant HR departments. She believes the key success to a well-run business includes partnering with a HR professional who can demonstrate excellent communication between management and employees all while maintaining compliance with up-to-date employment laws and guidance.
Alysa graduated from Colorado State University with a BA in Economics, earned her HR Certificates from UCLA and Employers Group, and is presently preparing for the PHR exam. She is a member of SHRM and PIHRA. Alysa also maintains an executive for the local chapter of PTA for the past 9 years.
