Marie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino, which enhances her insight into human behavior and workplace dynamics.  She is passionate about fostering inclusive, high-performing teams and cultivating collaborative work environments.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking—especially when hosting friends and family. A proud mom to a lively 9-year-old son, she loves exploring the beach, swimming, visiting museums, doing arts and crafts, and experimenting with new recipes with him. She’s known for going a little overboard when it comes to the holidays, fully embracing every excuse to decorate, celebrate, and create lasting memories. She also has a passion for travel and enjoys discovering new places, cultures, and cuisines wherever she goes.
