Yasmine Merino

Yasmine Merino is an accomplished HR professional with experience specializing in HR operations management, business process optimization, and talent development.

Prior to joining eqHR, Yasmine served as the firm’s Business Manager and Human Resource Director for an international maritime law firm, where she oversaw HR operations for multiple offices. Additionally, she held the senior roles for a real estate investment and development company, where she standardized HR processes and supported company expansions.

Yasmine holds a master’s degree in management and leadership from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Decision Science from California State University, Fullerton.
