Patricia Ramirez joins eqHR with over 20+ years of professional human resource management experience. She specializes in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, employee benefits, compensation, payroll, training and development, and management coaching. Patricia is a dynamic and collaborative leader who enjoys helping clients improve employee engagement and organizational performance by utilizing a deep understanding of business, policies, and regulations to strategically implement best practices.

Patricia obtained her M.S. in Counseling/Psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University and hold a SPHR and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
