Diana has been a Payroll Advisor with EQHR Solutions since 2022 and took on the role of Assistant Vice President and Finance Manager in 2025. She brings over 25 years of senior-level finance experience across the manufacturing, electronics, and medical device industries.
As Finance Manager, Diana leads initiatives in Accounts Receivable (AR) management, general accounting, customer service, and process improvement – offering clients a comprehensive perspective on financial operations.
In her role as Payroll Advisor, Diana works closely with businesses to streamline payroll systems, ensure compliance, and maintain financial accuracy. Her ability to bridge the gap between finance and HR makes her a versatile and trusted advisor.
Now serving as an Assistant Vice President and Finance Manager, Diana applies her strategic mindset and practical experience to drive efficiency, accuracy, and long-term value for clients. Her dual expertise enhances EQHR Solutions’ ability to deliver integrated, cross-functional support.
Outside of work, Diana enjoys hiking scenic trails and practicing Pilates, balancing her love for numbers with a passion for wellness and the outdoors.
