Hellen Chavez joined EQHR Solutions in 2023 as a Senior Payroll Advisor, bringing over a decade of experience in payroll processing and compliance within the banking and retail industries.
As a Payroll Advisor, she is known for her precision, reliability, and ability to navigate complex payroll systems with ease. Her expertise also extends to employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS platforms.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Hellen fosters clear communication across all levels of an organization, helping to create inclusive and efficient workplaces. She is a collaborative Payroll Advisor who values sharing knowledge and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Hellen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Certificate in HR Management from California State University, Long Beach. Her technical proficiency, leadership skills, and passion for delivering accurate, timely payroll services make her a vital member of the EQHR Solutions team.
Outside of work, Hellen enjoys traveling, discovering new cultures, and spending time outdoors through hiking and long walks. Her curiosity and love for exploration bring fresh perspectives and energy to everything she does.
