Throughout her career, Jennifer has served as a trusted executive-level HR & Payroll Advisor, known for aligning business strategies to enhance employee retention and improve operational efficiency.

Originally from Catalina Island, Jennifer remains active in her local community through volunteer work with local charities. A lifelong learner, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Southern Oregon University, a Global Senior Human Resources Professional (GPHR) accreditation, and numerous certifications in HR, payroll, and compliance.
