She also has extensive experience with contract negotiations, workers’ compensation, payroll, compensation analysis, and all aspects of the complete life cycle of employment.

Jennifer has served as a trusted executive-level advisor on business strategy focusing on employee retention and overall business efficiency. She has worked in various industries, including hospitality/tourism, construction, finance, and real estate. Her strong management background allows her to collaborate resources and bring teams together to achieve common goals.
