Leigh Hansen joined EQHR Solutions in January 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in payroll, payroll taxes, time & attendance, HR, and software systems.
As a seasoned Payroll and Systems Advisor, she has led thousands of payroll conversations and played a key role in designing and implementing technology solutions that enhance HR operations and business performance.
Known for her ability to manage complex initiatives, Leigh excels in client relations, training, high-level problem solving, and process improvement. Her background in retail and manufacturing allows her to support multi-layered organizations with tailored strategies that drive efficiency.
At EQHR, she serves as a trusted Payroll and Systems Advisor, supporting clients through system transitions, compliance efforts, and workflow optimization.
After stepping away from the corporate world in 2020 to pursue volunteer work and personal interests, Leigh returned in 2024 with a focus on part-time project work involving compliance and risk management. She now applies her expertise as a Payroll and Systems Advisor to deliver high-impact solutions to clients across various industries. Leigh holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science and Law from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, hiking, cycling, and spending time with family.
