Amy Toyama

Amy joins eqHR with over 15 years of payroll experience specializing in implementation, process improvement, compliance, payroll auditing, multi-jurisdiction payroll, and 401(k) plan implementation and administration. She has worked with payrolls from 2 to 500 employees, and her recent experience has included supporting clients in ADP’s small business division. Amy has experience with Paycom, Paychex, ADP WFN, ADP Run, Ceridian, and Gusto. She is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and a member of PayrollOrg (formerly the American Payroll Association).

Amy’s guiding principle is to create opportunities for client success. A 17-year career in the non-profit sector has honed her servant leadership style, which she utilizes to create agile, sustainable, financially sound processes and maintain thriving workplace relationships. This method has provided Amy with a proven track record of enacting effective change while decreasing turnover and increasing employee satisfaction.
