Ms. Melissa Kill has over 15 years of experience as a generalist and manager in human resources, often working as a team. From small to mid-sized companies, Melissa is comfortable in a variety of work environments. Melissa is experienced in payroll administration, benefits strategy and design, performance management, global and domestic talent recruitment, and talent retention. She has worked in various industries, including technology, non-profit, finance, start-ups, and large-scale hospitality. Melissa is skilled in ADP, Ultipro, and Paylocity; she has also led multiple HRIS and ATS implementations. She approaches her work collaboratively and enjoys being a trusted advisor to both employees and management. Melissa has constructed HR initiatives while simultaneously implementing internal processes to facilitate corporate objectives.
Ms. Kill earned her HR Management Certificate from UCLA and has successfully received her SPHR certification from HCRI. This December, Melissa will graduate from the University of Alabama Birmingham with a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management.
